I booked the hotel for 2 nights bt checkout in 1 night only. The hotel is in very bad shape. If u ask me they should renovate and then open. The room i was in walls were broken. The balcony was in a bad shape. The menu tht was given was dirty and had food stains. Blankets were smelling, bedsheet had stains.Staff is not trained nor warm. One of the staff member came in the night and asked us to give him alcohol that we were drinking. Highly unprofessional behaviour

Very stinky quilts and blankets

I visited hotel bombay palace this evening-with my wife. We found quilts and blankets were very stinky and smells as that never wash. When we complain about that to room service. They changed blankets with another more stinky blanket. Bed sheets was also very terrible. Of my god, on same time we decided to leave that stinky place. Very bad and shameful...

In the month of Jan ur car or bus cannot go till hotel due to snow fall. From Gandhi Chowk you will have to go walking and you will have to walk very slowly and high risk of injury if you will do a Jeep thar they will take 500 to drop you to hotel. Service is not good when we visited there was no bisleri water in hotel and at night all shops were closed.food was also not good and also it's a pure veg hotel.over all experience is not good. Service boy was also a money seeker
